Fill out the booking form when you choose the room you want to book and you will receive a Welcome and confirmation email to the address indicated on the reservation. It is important that you add firstname.lastname@example.org to your list of e-mail addresses to ensure that you receive our response.
If you do not receive an email from email@example.com a week after you’ve made a reservation with us, please do check you junk mail. It is very important to ensure that you receive our emails. Otherwise you would not receive your personal code to access the hotel building and your room that will be sent via email 48 hours before your arrival date.
At least 48 hours before your arrival date you will receive an email with your personal access codes to Casa Bella Gracia, as well as your room number:

At Casa Bella Gracia we do not have a reception, nor 24 hour staff. Casa Bella Gracia is equipped with high end security measures to ensure all guest’s safety. You will find more information on Casa Bella Gracia’s security measures at www.casabellagracia.com/modernlogde/security.
Please do follow these basic security measures:
Never dial your personal access code in front of strangers. If you think that a stranger has seen your access code, call us and we’ll program a new one for you.
Never allow anyone to access the hotel after you. If they are guests, they will have to dial their own personal access code to enter the hotel.
7 days before your arrival date we'll charge the total amount of your bill to the credit card that you submitted on the reservation form (that is, once the free cancellation period is over). If you wish to pay with a different credit card or in cash, please contact us. If you need an invoice we will send it by email as a PDF document.
On reservations longer than 5 nights made by persons holding passports from countries outside the Schengen zone, the Management reserves the right to charge 50% of the bill in the moment of making the reservation, and the remaining 50% 30 days before the arrival date.
For bookings of 3 or more rooms, a non-refundable charge of 50% of your bill will be made on the moment you make the reservation, and the rest will be charged 30 days before the arrival date (that is, once the special free cancellation period for this type of reservations is over).
Our cancellation policy is the following:
Cancellations must be processed through the same channel used to make the reservation. Casa Bella Gracia, SL cannot process cancellations that have been made through a third party (i.e. Booking.com or Expedia.com).
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to change the dates of your reservation. We only accept amendments received by email, not by phone. Any change of dates depends on room availability.
If you made your reservation through a third party (i.e. booking.com or agoda.com) you will have to process your modification through them.
Since the Casa Bella Gracia allows great flexibility and freedom to our customers, with no formal check-out, we have no way to verify the proper delivery of the rooms at the moment of departure. If the room is damaged, the reparation value is reported to the client and charged.
You can enjoy a fantastic breakfast in any of the many cafes and terraces less than 5 minutes walking. You will find my personal recommendations in the hotel and on my blog.
We can keep your luggage safely stored for free in one of the lockers on our luggage room, if you need so, both before check-in time and after check-out time. The locker room is located on the basement of the building. You’ll find instructions on how it works in the luggage room. You will be able to access the hotel using code 2 on your arrival day from 7 AM and on your departure day until 11 PM.
On the 2nd floor you’ll find a computer connected to internet and a printer for the exclussive us of our guests. This service is free of charge although a 20cent donation per print is welcomed for paper and ink.
We kindly ask you to use the printer only to print boarding passes and tickets to museums or other tourist sites.
In the hotel lobby you’ll find free maps of Barcelona. Please do use them. You’ll also find maps of the Gràcia neighborhood (although our provider does not always have them on stock).
We ask you not to eat or keep food in the rooms (both for hygienic and insect attraction reasons). If you wish to eat at the hotel, we kindly ask you to do it in the terrace located on the second floor.
Casa Bella grace is not responsible for the loss or theft of objects placed in the room, the luggage room, the safety box or any other place of the hotel. If you have any valuables we recommend that you use the safety box in your room. Casa Bella Gracia does not accept objects in custody.
Smoking is not permited in the rooms or any public areas, except in the terrace on the 2nd floor. If you do smoke inside the room, a fine of 50 euros will be applicable and will be charged to your credit card.
The Casa Bella Gracia is an extension of your home, located between Gaudi’s modernist Barcelona and the neighbourhood with most character, magic and personality in the city: Gràcia. The property is composed of 12 rooms, a nice hall, a luggage room, two patios with flowers and a great terrace with a meditarranean garden. The renovation of the property has been done following strict criteria regarding environment friendliness, eco-sustainability and energetic efficiency, aimed at creating a cozy and comfortable place with natural, ecologic, sustainable, recycled or local, materials that contribute to the well being of our guests. The works were finalized in June 2013. If something does not work properly during your stay, please contact us as soon as possible by using the free phone in your room and calling the Customer Care Service number, and we will try to fix it as soon as possible. If we need to access your room during your stay to resolve any maintenance issue or repairs, we will contact you in advance using the phone number you provided in the reservation.
Every day we will come by your room to perform the room’s daily cleaning. We cannot guaranty that your room will be cleaned if you do not leave it by 12PM. The change of towels will be made only upon request, or every 3 days. The change of sheets will only be made with the change of guests or after 7 days. We will understand that you want fresh towels if you drop them on the floor. We will also take care of cleaning the cups if you feel like enjoying the free bio herbal teas. All products used to clean are biodegradable.

All rooms are equipped with 26, 32 or 40 inch LCD TV sets.
Pets are not allowed in the Casa Bella Gracia.
Only customers of Casa Bella Gracia have the right to sleep in the room. Only the people included in the reservation and whose identification data has been duly forwarded to Casa Bella Gracia’s management will be considered customers of Casa Bella Gracia.
The Spanish law requires all hotels to inform the Police about their customer’s identification data. In order to fulfill this obligation we kindly ask you to send us the following information about each person included in this reservation to email@example.com:
Name and last name, nationality, passport number (non EU residents) or ID number (EU residents), place and date of issue, expiration dates.
Your reservation process won’t be completed until we receive this information from you
We hope that you use the room and its contents carefully. All specific rules for use of the room and its equipment must be respected. If there is any problem, damage or malfunction, you must inform us immediately by using the free phone in your room and calling the Customer Care Service number, and we will try to fix it as soon as possible. You can also call us at + (34) 638.493.428. Guests are not allowed to sub-lease or lend the room to third parties.

The Casa Bella Gracia cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage, which occurs during the period of reservation, including personal injury or damage caused by fire, theft or criminal behavior. The Casa Bella Gracia is not responsible for any problems related to electricity, water, internet access or TV, but please contact us immediately by using the free phone in your room and calling the Customer Care Service number if any of these problems occur, so that we can address it as quickly as possible. If any of the rules described are not met, we reserve the right to expel the guest, who will lose the right to any compensation or claim.
The reservation of a room in Casa Bella Gracia means that the guest accepts and respects these conditions.
